I am so disappointed with my experience with hyundai sta rosa. I left my pouch with 750 ringgit.( The money was left from my wallet during my trip last week in Kuala Lumpur. I am to have a repair of my hydraulic parts on the trunk. Yes I know it is my negligence but, it is really hard to trust smeone from the service center once you left some valuable things inside your car. I had Lunch and when i am about to go for a grocery store I remember the pouch with 750 ringgit and that was 8,500 pesos when converted to the Philippine money. To make the story short, I rushed to the Hyundai service Center located in Sta Rosa Tagaytay Road and went up where my car is located, I found the same pouch but unfortunately there were lacking instead of 750 ringgit, it was only 600 ringgit. I really should have not reported it to their boss but the person I am with told me they should know. I have spoken to their customer service relations officer and they spoke to the one in charge and get back on me that they have not seen such foreign currency. Well lesson learned, we should never leave valuables inside the car when left on the service Center...But I will never go back to that service center again :(
